2019-2020 Membership Form

We would like to extend a warm welcome to both our returning families and our new families!

The PTA is a community-based non-profit organization that spends every penny to improve our school and the lives of our students. At CFK, the PTA funds the science and library teachers and their programs, puts technology in the classrooms, books in the hands of our students, equipment on the playground, organizes fun school and family events, and takes care of endless other behind-the-scenes needs that our students and faculty have. 

This year promises to bring more opportunities and more avenues to do more for our school, but WE NEED YOUR HELP!

While we deeply appreciate our volunteers and all of their hard work, our greatest need is membership dues to further our goals. Since CFK is a magnet school, our science and library teacher’s salaries are not funded by the school district. The PTA relies 100% on parent donations, each year, to fund these salaries and to keep these and other school programs active. 

Joining the PTA does not require a time commitment. Membership in the PTA is open to anyone and offers the opportunity to make a difference in the education, health, and welfare of our students and faculty.  Please complete your membership form and either submit it online or return it to your child’s teacher by Friday, September 6, 2019.  Remember, all donations are tax deductible.
